I am looking for any organizations that help find a cure or raise awareness for diabetes?

I am a 19 year old young lady from Zimbabwe but currently live here in USA, I recently started my own organization to help African women with a lot and have partnered up with a number of organizations but that's not my main focus right now. My father was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago, my grandma died from it and so did my uncle a few days ago. In Africa people are not aware of diabetes and do not have a lot of treatment for it so I am looking for people who would like to work with me and raise awareness in Africa and perhaps gather up some care packages to send to people. If you know any organizations i can volunteer with or any people willing to help please let me know.
