Can the police make you go to the hospital even if you dont want to go?

If you are uninsured, and feel that it would break you financialy, can they still make you go to the hospital. If so do you still have to pay. Also if you know how to repair the injury, or you have someone who can, can they still force you to go to the hospital. Also if I am of sane mental capacity, and just decide that my injury isnt worth repairing and would rather die, can they still make me go? Don't you have a riight over your own body, who treats it, and whether you want to die or not? And if they do make you go, can you seek legal action agaisnt said Police?
