My 4 month old kitten is bleeding for its rectum, it's happened before...?

Our 4 month old kitten has had a few incidents of rectal bleeding. The first was when we just brought her home when she was about 2 months old. We took her and a sample to the vet and had her check out. The only parasite she has is ear mites. She still has the ear mites after daily cleaning and a does of ear drops and something on the back of her neck. Today when I went to clean the litter box there was another fresh bloody stool, its bright red blood it seems like it’s got a lot of mucus, it’s almost slimy, and the stool is soft. There was also a drop of blood on the floor in front of the litter box and blood around her . Other than the bloody and stool she seems 100% ok full of energy and very playful. Any ideas would be great
