Why does my cat pee on the floor in the room with the litter box?

Sounds like she probably has another urinary tract infection. I would get her to the vet today if possible. Cats with urinary tract infections often avoid the litter box because urinating is painful and they start to ociate the pain with the litter box and stop using it. I would have her checked out and the sooner the better.
