Does anyone know the Latin rock group with the CGI music video?

Couldn't catch the name of group or title, but they had a music video (very recent) done completely in CGI...two people (a man and a woman) dressed all in white with weird red hats in crazy locations. Seems to be a hippo running around a lot in it too. At the end, it turns out they were all inside of a baby (it just pulls out to a shot of an ultrasound). Does anyone know who I'm talking about? Please help if possible! Thanks!
