What are the steps to open your own business?

i am 14 yrs old right now and i go to a vocational technical high school i just started on Monday i am a freshman,also i want to take cosmetology if i take it i work in that cl for 4 yrs and at the end if you worked hard you earn a license for the 4 yrs and your high school diploma,the question is when i am done with high school i want to open my own beauty business that does hair,nails,and make up all in one,,and i want to know what are the steps to open this kind of business to work my way threw?
