Anyone with an EDUCATED guess on penny stocks?

Does anyone have any smart penny stocks to buy into that you've actually researched? It's not that im to lazy to research, Im just having trouble figuring out how. If you have'nt noticed i'm brand new at this, so far i've had a few paople say that MSITF.PK is looking promising. Any ideas?
