How do I get my scent off of a puppy?

A while ago my dog and a neighborhood dog both had a litter of puppies at the same time.I really dislike the neighborhood dog and would run her off of my yard,sometimes on a daily basis.Sometimes when I would walk my dog,when we would p her house she would bark at me and my dog.Weeks later my mom and I would hear them wining. I would check them(my dog's puppies) out and see how they looked.One day I saw them out in the yard and I went to pick them up and show them to my mom. I showed her two. After I did this I put them back and I went to get one more to show my mom. After I showed her him, I went back outside to return him and I saw the neighborhood dog taking one of the puppies I had in my hands and bitting it very aggressively on the neck.I ran to tell my mother and left the last puppy I had in the house and then went back outside and saw that same dog on the ground. I went to check on her and she was dead. Around that same area the other dog i had was lying on the ground dead.My mom told me that she killed them because I had my scent on them. I didn't return the last puppy because I figured she would kill it too. I really need a way to return him to his mother without out him getting killed.
