I don't have any access to gym equipment or anything. How many push-ups do I need to do a day to have a slight six pack, right now my abs is completely flat. So far I can only do 10 push-ups in a row without stopping, pretty wimpy huh? I am not into all the muscle shakes and stuff, personally, I think they are a pile of crap. OH, also I noticed when I do push-ups my abdomen gets all red and spotty and my stick out, why is this? Please try to answer ALL my questions, thank you :)
