Iv never heard of this?

i had asked something about this a few days ago but i didnt know to much about what they were talking about but i had a sonogram last week and im almost 11 weeks well the doctor said i had a little tear but she didnt say where and she also said its kind of like a bruise but she told me not to worry that only about 10-20% of women get this has anyone ever had this
