Joseph Stalin vs Adolf Hitler, who is the better leader?

Hitler. Germany was thriving while he was leader. Major cities were renovated and looked awesome, everyone had jobs, plethora of entertainment....everything in Germany (minus the war and atrocities) was going well. On the other hand Stalin's people were nearly starving or were actually starving depending on what job they had or if they had one at all.
