To actuaries: what's that like?

I'm thinking about the path I want to take, and according to the ACT's personality esment, the actuarial bit would be the best way to go. I see nothing wrong with it. It's very possible that I would be good at it, I'm a fast dedicated learner, intuitive, blah, blah, blah. I think that it might be boring though. Thoughts?
