Why are people always so rude on mario kart wii?

i mean really? hackers who stay behind you pelting you with red shells, people who pretend they are in first and the go invincible on you and people who just stop in front of you doing a wheelie. what jerks! why doesn't nintendo just disconnect them immediately?
