Any nutritionists? Need help figuring out what I should be eating in a day. I'm 17 and female?

I'm a 17-year-old female. I weigh 53kg and am 164cm. I'm struggling deciding what I should be eating a day and how much I should be eating. Can somebody please suggest a menu for me to follow including breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks if neccesary. Thank-you
