I'm looking to buy a Glock 21C, anyone have any insight or experience with this gun, pros cons etc.?

I used to own a Glock 21 it was a old 2nd generation one but it worked very good,the only thing I didn't like about it was the size,so I got rid of it and got a Glock 30.From what I understand about the Glock C's that they do cut down on recoil(the 21 does not have that much recoil)and.I would not want a Glock C,I wouldn't like the fact that it has those big holes on the top of the slide,and the first thing I do when I get a Glock is put night sights on it.I was told before by a guy who was trading in a Glock 22C that when he shot it at night that he was blinded from his first shot,due to flames shooting out of the ports.
