Is it okay to eat alot of junk food only on the weekend?

I exercise almost every day for at least 1-5 hours. i'm on a strict diet but every weekend i let myself eat whatever i want in large amounts. like right now i ate 3 doughnuts a family sized bag of doritos and 4 pop tarts and bread with ketchup. is that okay or should i stop?
