Does this sound like a hernia?
50ish 280# male began working out at gym 2 months. I do tread mill,rebent bike, stretching and weight machines that include upper for arms,back and shoulders. I also discovered the crunch machine. I love it, but noticed the other night in bed that when I crunch forward to get up, a bulge in the mid-line of my abd between the top of my belly on and the xyphoid tip of my sternum. No pain, just bulge. Is this the muscles getting enlarged under all the fat or is this a hernia... Ok I just made it pop up by cruching forward in the chair and there was a little twige...DAMMIT. Anyone ever experience this???????
