I need some guy advice!?

I used to live in one state and I moved but I go back and visit a lot. I'm a teen. When i last went in October my friend introduced me to her boyfriends best friend. We hung out and hooked up a bit( nothing bad at all). I was just there for 4 days. After I left we talked a little then stopped. Then he started textinf me again and we've been talking for months. We talk on the phone and have "web dates" lol on skype. I've come to really like him and he likes me. I'm going there in February. It was really cute one day he said we should make a pact to not hang with other guys and girls when Im there. I'm probably moving back for college and he said maybe we can have a relationship if I do. Do you think this sounds okay? I know maybe it sounds silly since I only met him once but I feel a connection. Also, when I go there in February it will be a week before valentines day. I kinda want to leave a cute note or gift before I leave. Any advice on anything will be appreciated. Thanks :)
